Caffeine… THE DEVIL’S DRINK
In the 8th century, Romans ban caffeine
and called it THE DEVIL’S DRINK.

Caffeine can be found in:
Chocolate
Tea
Coca
Coffee and its categories

In excess amounts caffeine can cause:
1. Insomnia and anxiety
2. Pregnancy problems
3. Hip fractures and low bone density
4. Diarrhea
5. Facial flushing
6. Dependency
7. Nausea and Vomiting
8. Osteoporosis problems
9. Reduce sperm movement

Facial flushing

Withdrawal effects:
Headaches
Irritability
Nervousness
Restlessness
tiredness

How much is too much?
10 grams of caffeine can be fatal.
Toxic dose vary from person to person
10 cups of coffee are considered to be
dangerous.
300 mg of caffeine intake equivalent to 3
cups of coffee is a moderate intake.

For example:
3 Espresso
2 drip coffee
2 coca
1 redbull
2 cups of strong tea
1 chocolate bar

My aim is not to threaten you but to let
you know what you are consuming everyday,
and advise you to stop consuming products
that effects your health.
