      Role-based security controls user access to project tracking interface
      Dynamic mapping throughout the application shows projects’ location and context data sets (roads, topography, etc.)
    8. Change control ensures that edits are reviewed and approved prior to publication / reporting
      Transaction history is maintained and available for review, currently set to monthly time increments
      Transparency is maintained by tracking each contributing project fund
    9. Internal application code matches the stimulus project type with occupations likely to be needed
      Performs database search for occupation matches within a given distance from the project and displays it on a map
    10. Buttons allow user to toggle between matched subset of contractors / unemployed or the entire data set for the selected area
      Red shading depicts intensity of unemployment around the project site, preserving the privacy of the unemployed Oregonians
      Map displays the project in context of related businesses who could contribute to this project
      Query summarizes the potential direct impacts of this project – based on project requirements and available unemployed workers
