    • BROOKLEIGH The Housing Authority of Dekalb County and its Master Development team, the NorSouth A Companies and The Collaborative Firm, areRedevelopment redeveloping the former Johnson Ferry East of public housing site into Brookleigh, a model Johnson Ferry mixed-use, mixed-income community of homes, East shops and restaurants. The concept for Brookleigh is a multi- generational community of neighborhoods centered around a park and a village of stores and restaurants, all built to sustainable standards and connected - with each other and surrounding neighborhoods – by sidewalks and a multipurpose PATH trail.
