Don’t download too early as this is a limited time trial!8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Assessment of Common Conditions of the Forefoot and Rearfoot Melissa Rabbito, Canadian Certified Pedorthist, MSc. This half day session will combine both lecture and hands on workshop components led by a team of Canadian Certified Pedorthists. The first session will focus on Common Conditions of the Forefoot. Topics such as Hallux Valgus, Metatarsalgia and Morton’s Neuroma will be covered with the use of animations, Anatomical diagrams and Anatomical models. The lecture will cover the definition, signs and symptoms and associated risk factors for the Common Conditions of the Forefoot. The workshop component will allow participants to see, practice and apply range of motion assessment and functional testing of the forefoot. The second session will focus on the Common Conditions of the Rearfoot and will cover topics such as Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonopathy and Haglund’s deformity.
