We hope you enjoy your time with us. • We have planned an interesting and enjoyable programme for you… • Make sure you arrive at your workshop classroom in good time, so that the workshop can start promptly, without disruption from latecomers. • Refreshments and a luncheon voucher will be provided for you to use in the Pembroke restaurant. • If you get lost during the day – just find an Ambassador in a red polo shirt / navy sweatshirt or go back to the Gatehouse and ask for help.Keeping Safe 1. Fire Alarm – we are not expecting a fire alarm- so if you hear one today - just follow the Student Ambassadors or a member of staff out to the car park. DO NOT USE THE LIFTS. 2. First Aid – If you need help at any time during the day - find a member of staff, student ambassador or a security guard, (who are all are first aid trained). 3. Disabled access and support – all rooms are accessible, please tell us if you need any additional support today – we are here to help. 4. Please turn your mobile phone off when in class or lecture theatre. 5. Please fill in the evaluation forms, even if you are leaving early – the government are asking us to track who comes to our events and if we are spending money wisely.
