  4. 4.  To share with partners the reciprocal maieutic approach (RMA).  To support ALS to learn transversal pedagogical knowledge, skills and attitudes through the reciprocal maieutic approach.  To increase the quality of learning contexts of adult learners.  To make possible that adult learners gain new knowledge, skills and attitudes.  To encourage adult learning staff to create a network.
