  • 28. Request the voter history for your entire community in electronic format.

  • 30. Export your student directory information. Be sure your parents have given you permission to use this data. Add to this list, other groups directories such as PTA’s,
    Sports groups et al.
  • 31. Merge all data together.
  • 32. Create your electronic communication channel via email.
  • 33. Host events that are designed to provide these people with information about your budget.
    You want to invite them so that you can identify them.
  • 34. Build your Facebook Fan Page and invite these people to join it.
  • 35. Create awesome videos about the ROI.
  • 36. And put kids in the videos. Not you and your staff.
  • 37. Tweet….like crazy.
  • 38. Build your list of mobile phone numbers
    And invite people to opt in for text messaging.
    Begin using your reverse 911 system for
    non emergency messages. Let people opt in to permit not emergency calls.

    Your goal is to be ready for the last 24 hours before the vote.
