    • STATE AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT HELP IN FINANCE
      • The Govt. gives financial assistance to these industries under various schemes besides the State-Aid to Industries Rules of 1935.
      • Loans are granted to industries for
      • Construction of buildings, godowns, warehouses, wells, tanks, etc.,
      • Purchase of land for buildings,
      • Purchase of plant and machinery,
      • Purchase of raw materials and
      • Use as working capital.
      • SIDBI had been providing refinance to State Level Finance Corporations / State Industrial Development Corporations / Banks etc., against their loans granted to small scale units.
      SIDBI(Small Industries Development Bank Of India)
    • State Financial Corporations (SFCs)
              • In pursuance of the SFCs Act, 1951, SFCs were set up mainly to finance small and medium scale units. Their area of operation is generally restricted to the concerned States. SFCs also assist small scale units for their modernization and technology upgradation
    • STATE AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT HELP IN RAW MATERIAL Procurement and distribution of essential raw materials has been the main activity of the Corporation District Industries Centres (DICs) Certainly helps to obtain the SSI registration from DIC for raw materials Development Commissioner, Small Scale Industries,New Delhi (DCSSI) Procures raw materials for the small industry and distribute them among State Govt. Also arrange imports of raw materials through the Minerals and Metals Trading Corporation (MMTC). Directorate Of Industries Allot quotas of scarce raw materials.
    • Small Industries Service Institutes (SISI) Guidance to entrepreneurs in the selection of suitable raw materials. Chief Controller Of Imports and Exports Issue licenses for import of raw materials. State bank Of India and its Subsidiaries Provides working capital for the purchase of raw materials.
    • Central and state Govt. helps in marketing of the products of the small-scale industries, sale of handicrafts and products of cottage and small-scale industries through its own emporia set up at various places. The State Government also organizes industrial exhibition in and outside the State, in which the products are displayed to the public.   STATE AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT HELP IN MARKETING
