INTRODUCTION JRCo is organized to build livable, equitable, whole communities. To do that, we’ve are structured in four Practice areas that builds on our skills. Practices: Planning – work on our own redevelopment projects and provide planning services to government agencies, for- and non-profit developers, and other NGOs. We perform real estate analysis, do master planning and climate action planning, and serve as program managers to implement large scale redevelopment projects.
