  • 1. Deactivating Last Year’s SRPTabsDOD SRP Evanced
  • 2. If your public site has more than just2013’s Tabs you’ll need to do a littlemaintenance.If you’ve never used Evanced before in your summer reading program you’ll see ALLthe tabs from ALL the years.
  • 3. Log in to your maintenance site, usingthe Administrator password – onlyAdministrators can edit this level ofthe programYou’ll land on the Staff Home Page after log-in. Click the wrench next to the program youneed to remove.
  • 4. Under Program Setup you candeactivate. Only ACTIVE programsappear as tabs on your public site.At the very top of each program screen you’ll see the Program ID numberwhich cannot be changed and the active status which you may change at anytime. Click the radio button for “No” to deactivate a program. Then clicksave. You should be returned to the Home Screen if not you may also accesthe programs by going to “System Maintenance” and then Selecting “EditProgram”. Repeat the process as necessary.
  • 5. When you’ve deactivated the previousSRP tabs. You’ll see just the 2013programs…Go to your public site (you may need to hit refresh on your browser) and you should justsee the current tabs.
  • 6. If you want to find your old programsagain they can be accessed fromSystem Maintenance.
