  9. 9. how can we improve dialogue between those participating online and those attending in person? Encourage people to attend online – not in person? Live video feeds? Question and answer session? Q’s from online. Connect on Skype to have live chats? NFPtweetup official Twitter ‘scribe’? Online audience interaction? ‘ Would be good to get the online audience more involved even if it is only asking for questions which then get answered by the group and shared (and vice versa)’
