  6. 6. General Principles of FACA <ul><li>FACA is grounded in the (54) articles of the CRC. Each article is indivisible and its articles are interdependent. </li></ul><ul><li>FACA provides that the child is entitled to the rights set out in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child with appropriate modifications to meet Belizean conditions. </li></ul>
