    • Ensure that Illinois children receive coordinated comprehensive care in which providers collaborate to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved for the child
    • Create support for children and their families who may be at risk for developmental delay but who are not eligible for Early Intervention (EI) or special education (SPED)
  • Illinois Healthy Beginnings II: Activities
    • Create a cross-systems data sharing plan for integrating access to service data from EI
    • Work with the states’ child health and welfare agencies to create policy and administrative changes to improve care coordination
