  • 2. FY 2012 ALLOCATION STATUS
    • CR through March 31, 2012
    • Waiting for DHS approval for full apportionment
    • Full amount expected to be $113 million ($7 million less than estimated)
    • Advising States to apply for funds based on full year funding
    • Application Deadline of April 1, 2012
  • 3. RECENT CHANGES TAKING PLACE
    • New Financial Award Agreements (DHS Mandated)
    • Current Award Agreements still being used
      • No witness signature, reference to DHS Terms and Conditions, clearer indication of overmatch
    • All applications must be submitted via Grants.gov
    • All payments are processed through ASAP
      • States get paid within 24-48 hours
    • Financial Training held on September 2011 in Washington, D.C.
