The Boat Operations and Training (BOAT) Program establishes a national standard for the training, qualification, credentialing and typing of maritime law enforcement and rescue personnel. Learn about the NASBLA BOAT Program Manual and how you can utilize it to build from within as well as how to benefit from our external course offerings: the new Basic Crew Member (BCM) course, the upcoming Boat Operator Search and Rescue (BOSAR) course, emergency preparedness team typing and other developments in the BOAT Program that can lead entire agencies and organizations to a cooperative state of readiness.
