We need to also keep a focus on college and career success. – The importance of assuring intellectually challenging work (rigor). – The importance of assuring relevant work. – The importance of paying attention to required college and career knowledge and skills (David Conley’s work, ConnectEd California’s College and Career Readiness Framework, 21st Century Skills, SCANS, industry standards)
