Let the N2VHacks # 2 Begin!

A hackathon is the event when programmers meet do computer programming collaboratively or individually to hack their way to accomplish a mission.
A typical hackathon might take up to several weeks, where programmers hack their way to solve the toughest problem.
Hacking is a central part of the N2V Labs culture, whether we are building the next big product or creating a better way to use a platform, we are always hacking to find a better way of doing things
N2V had an internal hackathon back in June and it turned out to be an exciting event that was the spark for many creations and resulted in extending the N2V Labs’ limits, after that, we decided to have another one that is for the non-N2V Lab’s fellow programmers, so we handpicked some of the biggest geeks in Amman to join us in this new hackathon Qsrli Edition.
In an atmosphere of excitement and competition, a large number of professionals, sites and internet applications programmers have participated in N2VLabs Hackathon - Qsrli Edition, Rami AlKarmi, the Investment Director – Head of N2V Labs started kicked start off with his keynotes welcoming the hackers and explaining to them their mission, then there was three Entrepreneurs-in-Residence at N2V Labs (Rakan AlHuneti, AlMutaz Bellah and Motea Alwan) explaining the problem and sharing the tools programmers needed to start their race, which was only joyful full of food, lots of redbull and sodas, no desks, just bean bags
N2V labs Hackathon, motivated the participants to work in groups., revealing the competitors' capabilities which they have not yet discovered after a full day in N2V offices in Amman.
Hackathons always test the programmers’ abilities to race and to endure the severity of the competition, on that day, out of 30 programmers only 8 from 3 teams managed to survive and make it to the end.
N2V labs Hackathon presented a software problem and elaborated on why they need to solve it. Solutions have been implemented on Qsrli open source; the best solutions were to be defined into three categories:
1) User Appealing Category: the evaluation committee evaluated this category by testing the ability to modify the resulting code in terms of the user interface and experience along with the ability to be easily modified according to the point of use. The winner from this category was the HEROS Team (Omar Muwahed, Monir Abu Hilal, Mohammad Saleh and Mohammad Salem)
2) Code Optimization Category: the winner from this category was the Mavericks Team(Rakan Al Hneiti and Abedelrahman Salem)
3) Innovation Category: the winner from this category was the Skittles Team (Ahmad El Khawajeh and Ashraf Samhuri)

N2V Labs Hackathon is one of N2V Labs activities, it is the second hackathon which was organized and held at the N2V labs and it is the first public hackathon that involves participants from outside N2V labs, which resulted in contributing 3 very valuable projects to the open source community around the world.
The results of the Hackathon will be available as an open source by following this link: https://github.com/n2vlabs/Open-Source
Enjoy watching a video about N2VHacks # 2 Qsrli Edition, and be on the look out for the next hackathon, N2VHacks # 3

On the Home tab under Slides, click Section, and then click Add Section.NotesUse the Notes pane for delivery notes or to provide additional details for the audience. You can see these notes in Presenter View during your presentation. Keep in mind the font size (important for accessibility, visibility, videotaping, and online production)Coordinated colors Pay particular attention to the graphs, charts, and text boxes.Consider that attendees will print in black and white or grayscale. Run a test print to make sure your colors work when printed in pure black and white and grayscale.Graphics, tables, and graphsKeep it simple: If possible, use consistent, non-distracting styles and colors.Label all graphs and tables.
