    2. The Problem
      • Dissatisfied customers are a slow, silent killer. They defect one by one, often without making a sound. What's worse, they often bring other customers or potential customers along with them--slowly, silently, and viciously. There is a way, fortunately, to give voice to this otherwise silent group , and fix many problems before they cause customers to defect: customer satisfaction surveys.

      • The importance of customer satisfaction should not be taken lightly.  After all, customer satisfaction impacts every aspect of businesses.  Customer feedback surveys measure and evaluate the attitudes, opinions, and overall satisfaction levels of clientele.   These surveys also identify areas of your business that do not meet customer expectations, therefore allowing you to implement and revise policies and procedures. Feedback surveys are an important first step towards achieving the ultimate goals of exceptional customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. They provide a core on which you can start building upon your customer relationships.

      • When your customers enter our site and click on “Clients”, they will be directed to a structured list of all MyOwnFeedback customers.
      • Each of our clients will have their logo and a brief intro for their business.
      • Once the “Read More” button is clicked, the user will be directed to a full page dedicated to that client –

      • External Links i.e. your own website, a newspaper article, a restaurant review, etc.
    7. Customer Satisfaction Surveys
      • Each survey is made from one of our standard templates, but we encourage survey customization to suit your needs.
      • The results of each survey taken are emailed to you immediately upon submittal.

      • The Menu Module is simply an entire page dedicated to displaying your menu.
      By clicking the PDF button, your menu is enlarged and available for printing.

      • Polls are simply single question surveys.  They are great for gathering a quick client response to a stand-alone issue.
      • Entertainment Feedback
      • An Entertainment Feedback Poll will help you gauge what your clients prefer for their entertainment.   Do you have several different bands that play at your venue?   Would you like to know which bands are in demand?   Do you offer different types of entertainment i.e. bands, DJ, Karaoke, dancing, TV specials?   If so, then an Entertainment Feedback Poll is just right for you.   It will help you see what what your clients are craving.

    16. The Customer
      • Customers generally do not take the time to submit "positive" feedback.   The majority of surveys submitted are due to them having a less than desirable experience.   With this in mind, expect for most of your feedback to be on the negative side.   But, do not let this discourage you.   It is actually a good thing.    We want to know all the bad experiences that customers have had, as this is the only way to make improvements.
      • With the majority of survey takers having a bad experience, how do we bring about the positive ones?   After all, they are the ones we are targeting with your Mini Webpage and Customer Database emailings - the returning customers.
      • The answer is simple - prizes.
      • There are a few of things that you must do in order to make our tools successful for you, and offering a small prize is one of them.   We want many people to visit your Mini Webpage and take your survey.   A large number of visitors to your site not only gives you more exposure by means of advertising, but also builds your Customer Database.   Plus, by bringing in more people (rather than only the unhappy ones), you get more diverse feedback which lets you know which of your areas are on target.

      • Here are a few simple steps to follow that will ensure our products will be an invaluable tool for you and your business.
      • Direct customers to visit www.MyOwnFeedback.com by printing the address on the bottom of your receipts
      • Offer a small prize (i.e. A $20 gift certificate via a monthly drawing) giving customers an incentive to fill out your survey, which draws them to your MiniWebPage
      • Instruct staff to advertise the survey (mentioning that month's prize) and encourage patrons to visit
