  • I was very uncomfortable when asked to predicting the future. It’s certainly not in my job description. I have over 15 years experience of living and working in this world but sometimes I ask myself whether this is an advantage or distinct disadvantage as we move from the analogue to digital world. Like most of you here today I am an avid student of the art of communications, marketing, the media in it broadest form and my own life. And all I can offer to you is some personal observations coupled with the observations and comments we have assembled from the 25,000 organisations that work with MND globally. For me there is one main theme that will underpin – understanding of human behaviour.
