Brightman is the Vice-President of Inclusive Design at Yahoo! and will be discussing a new initiative he and his colleagues are undertaking to make online ads accessible to consumers with disabilities. He'll describe the strength of the disability market, the misconceptions commonly associated with this market, the obstacles to creating accessible ads (hint: none), and the multiple benefits to advertisers of making online ads especially accessible to people who are blind or deaf.
