    Slideshare viewers,

I monitor destination development and tourism offerings for seniors and travelers with a disability all over the world. This project by multi: Design for People is best of class. They have created a whole new paradigm for inclusive, sustainable tourism products.

Building a Destination for All, St. John USVI

What began with an opportunity to work with one St. John developer, Stanley Selengut, on one resort, evolved into an island-wide initiative...
Building A Destination For All 2005 was a year-long collaborative project between Multi, Design For People and the island of St. John toward developing a travel destination that accommodates visitors of all ages and abilities; focusing on under served markets of travelers with disabilities and the mature (age 55+).

This slide show is an introduction to Multi's approach to design and the ongoing Building a Destination for All initiative for the US Virgin Islands.
