  • 3. Heidelberg Hotel In addition to the guest house of SRH are the sports facilities at the SRH Campus Sports . Our guests can enjoy a variety of sports * Indoor swimming pool (25 m long, 10 m wide) Sauna Gym Strength Training and much more.   • 4. Departing Iberia Flight Information: June 29th 2014 • Arrive at Airport no later than: 17:00. Group Check-in for international travel requires us to be there 3 hours ahead of schedule departure time. • Depart Mexico City to Madrid at 20:25 • Arrive Madrid at 14:20 (June 30th) • Depart Madrid to Frankfurt at 15:50 • Arrive Frankfurt at 18:40
  • 5. Returning Mexico Iberia Flight Information: July 9th 2014 • Depart Frankfurt to Madrid at 19:15 • Arrive Madrid at 22:00 • Depart Madrid to Mexico City at 1:05 (July 10th) • Arrive Mexico City at 06:00.
  • 6. Forms, TSA, and Immigration • Although we will travel as a group, students will be in charge of their passports. Take good care of them and find a safe spot in your carry on. • Our travel agent has emphasized that it is IMPERATIVE that no one fools around when going through Security, Immigration, and Customs. Please no joking. • Chaperones will have the following: – A copy of each participant’s passport – A copy of each student’s Travel Insurance Policy – The Notarized DCSA letter • Copies of all of these documents will also be held in

Germany Iteniaiary • June 29: Flight to Frankfurt, Germany • June 30: (Frankfurt-Heidelberg) – Arrival at Frankfurt Airport – Transportation by private bus from the airport to the hotel in Heidelberg – 7 nights in twin rooms with private bathroom incl. breakfast at the Seminar Center and Guest House of the SRH Business Academy in Heidelberg – Public transportation pass for the duration of the entire stay in Heidelberg – Welcome orientation with sandwiches & refreshments at the European Study Center (ESC) – Boat tour with a solar boat on the Neckar River in the afternoon – Welcome dinner at the German restaurant in Heidelberg • July 1: (Heidelberg) – Breakfast at the hotel – Public transportation during the day – Guided walking tour of Heidelberg to learn more about this beautiful university town – Meal allowance • – 3-hour course at the ESC in the afternoon – German culture night with German food and drinks at the ESC July 2: (Heidelberg-Stuttgart) – Breakfast at the hotel – Transportation by private bus during the day – Auto-guided tour of mercedes Benz Museum in Stuttgart – Light 1-course group lunch or meal allowance – Tour the Mercedes Benz Arena in Stuttgart – Enjoy a delicious 3-course group dinner in Stuttgart

Germany Iteniaiary • • July3: (Heidelberg) – Breakfast at the hotel – Public transportation during the day – Outdoor team building activity at the ESC to get to know each other better (3hours) – Light 1-course group lunch or meal allowance – 3-hour course at the ESC in the afternoon – Video night with snacks in the early evening at the ESC – Free time to explore Heidelberg’s city center and have dinner on your own with a meal allowance. July 4: (Heidelberg) – Breakfast at the hotel – Public transportation during the day – Guided tour of the famous Heidelberg castle in the morning – Free time in the Heidelberg city center with a meal allowance for - Game and pizza evening at the ESC • • July 5: (Heidelberg) – Breakfast at the hotel – Public transportation during the day – Bike tour and picnic in and around Heidelberg in the morning – 3-hour course at the ESC in the afternoon – BBQ at the ESC in the evening July 6: (Schwetzingen – Welde- Heidelberg) – Breakfast at the hotel – Transportation by private bus to Schwetzingen and retun – Guided tour of the Schwetzingen Palace in the morning – Free time in Schwetzingen and meal allowance for lunch – Travel by private bus to the Welde brewery in Welde – Guided tour of the Welde brewery – 3-course group dinner in the evening

Germany Iteniaiary • July 7: (Strasbourg, France) – Breakfast at the hotel – Transportation by private bus throughout the day – 2 nights in twin or triple rooms incl. breakfast at CEPA Study Center Chateau de Pourtales in Strasbourg or at a centrally located 2-3 Star Hotel in Strasbourg – Visit to the Strutthof Concentration camp near Strasbourg – Traditional Tarte Flambee lunch at a typical Alsatian restaurant – Boat tour on the River III in Strasbourg to see La Petite France as well as the European quarter with the European institutions in the afternoon – Free time in the evening to explore the city – Meal allowance for dinner • • July 8: (Strasbourg, France) – Breakfast at the hotel – Public transportation during the day – Guided tour of the Alsatian Museum in Strasbourg – Lunch at “les 7 pains” – learn about this special charity project in Strasbourg – Free afternoon to explore the city center for some last minute sightseeing – Farewell BBQ and games at the Chateau de Pourtales “Interactionpark” June 9: (Frankfurk) – Breakfast at the hotel – Transportation by private bus to the airport in Frankfurt – Departure from Frankfurt Airport to Mexico * Itinerary is subject to change according

Communication: Phones and Wi-Fi • Contact your provider for options on cell service and data coverage. – Global Plans • Wi-Fi is available at the European Study Center and we will be sure to go to Public/Café Wi-Fi Spots daily. • You can also consider a Prepaid Phone card to use at the Hotel, ESC, and elsewhere.
