  • 2. Location.The relative location of Utah is west of Colorado, South of Idaho and North of California.Utahs absolute location is 40˚North and 111˚West.
  • 3. Region. Utah is in the Western region of the USA.Utah has only two area codes which are the following 435 and 801.
  • 4. Place.Here are some landmarks in Utah:Utah Lake, Bryce Canyon National park and Dixie National Forests..Two landforms in Utah are the Rocky Mountains and Glen Canyon ..In Utah they celebrate the the Hof Winterfest German festival which only few states celabrate
  • 5. Climate.Utah has an average temperature range of 29˚F-85˚F..In the winter on average its below freezing.
  • 6. Movement.In Utah these are some of the centers of transportation:The Salt Lake City Airport, the Transcontinental Railroad and military airbase..The exports in Utah are coal,minerals and berryllium mosx.In Utah they also have a large supply of livestock and only a little bit of fruit and vegetables.
  • 7. Human/Environment Interaction.In the winter the people in Utah have to salt the streets and and wear heavy clothing but in the summer they have to wear sunscreen..They modified Utah by building Flaming Gorge Dam and fort Dunchesne they also have the largest copper mine in the world..In utah they depend on the amazing rocks that their huge mines produce.
