Once there was a priest king named Jay. He ruled over the beautiful Kingdom of Mohenjo-Daro. Mohenjo-Daro was beautiful because of the lush green trees, beautiful houses, and the people who lived there. The Kingdom was also very wealthy with gold lining the streets and walls of the Kingdom.
But by far the most beautiful thing in Mohenjo-Daro was the great bath. The bath was only for Jay and is family. The bath was also made of gold and shimmered in the sunlight. But there was a secret treasure room that only Jay and his family knew about.
Mohenjo-Daro did have enemies who constantly attacked Mohenjo-Daro. But, Jay’s army had the strength to evade the attacks. There would be attacks almost everyday and each attack left the them weaker and weaker.
When all of Jay’s enemies decided to band together Mohenjo-Daro took a turn for the worst. The whole town was up in flames and all of the gold was striped off the streets and walls. Jay and his family took all of there belongings and went into the secret treasure room. but as the Kingdom was being ransacked rubble fell onto to opening to the treasure room and Jay and his family where locked in.
All that was left of Mohenjo-Daro was rubble, burning houses, and dead bodies. There was no survivors and Jay and his family’s bodies where never found. All that was left was a mysterious wooden statue of Jay looking toward the entrance of the treasure room hoping that some one would help them when they saw it.
No one ever knew what the statue meant or what happened. There was no survivors, no one to tell the tail.
