Graduation Night Friday, May 17TH, 7:30PM, @ DCHS Stadium Be here no later than 6:45PM to line up Ladies will have help in Library Gentlemen will have help in Auditorium Will start march off of “The Hill” @ 7:15PM In case of bad weather, 1st alt. date and time: Saturday, May 18TH @ 7:30PM… 2nd alt. date and time: Sunday, May 19TH @ 2PM If it starts to rain after exercise begins, we will have no choice but cancel Commencement at that point

The Real Deal You will only receive your diploma cover on graduation night Diplomas and grade reports will be picked up in June… – Satisfies 180 day attendance rule – Factors in the “Redneck Mantra” – Any type of misconduct between now and the date you pick up diplomas and final grades, including graduation, could result in your diploma being held and you having to go in front of the Board of Education to request it
What do I do between now and Graduation??? Make sure your correct address is on file. – See Mrs. Buchanan with changes Clear all obligations… financial and otherwise. State law mandates that a student must attain an approved attendance, conduct, and academic record… 2 out of 3 won’t cut it!!! Focus on these 3 areas and finish strong.

What do I do between now and Graduation???(cont’d.) Diplomas and final grade reports will be picked up starting June 10 by student or legal guardian with i.d. Nothing will be mailed/given out until all obligations are met. If you wish to be recognized at our Academic/Athletic Awards program on May 2nd for a scholarship you have received, you must present proof of the award to Mrs. Holt by next Friday, April 26.
