A controversy over the sudden closing of a flight school in Orlando in early March reveals a hidden connection between the bankruptcy in Orlando and the secretive organization which ran Huffman Aviation in Venice, the unacknowledged home base of Mohamed Atta and his Hamburg cadre during almost their entire time in the U.S.
The investigation into the disappearance of millions of dollars which students had been forced to pre-pay in tuition has led to 70-year old Wallace J. Hilliard of Naples, FL, the shadowy financier whose purchase of Huffman in partnership with Dutch national Rudi Dekkers, currently awaiting trial on felony fraud, set in motion a chain of events culminating in two former students piloting Boeing 767's into the World Trade Center Towers.
“ Mystery financier” Wally Hilliard is the common thread between the flight school ‘bust-out’ in Orlando and the story of the terrorists flight training. How and why Hilliard, a retired insurance executive from Green Bay, Wisconsin , has come to play a pivotal role in aviation in Florida is just one of the many critical questions about 9/11 which remain unexplained.
Besides playing host to Mohamed Atta, Hilliard’s most notable recent aviation involvement was as owner of a Learjet surrounded by machinegun-toting DEA agents on the runway of Orlando Executive Airport in July of 2000--the same month Atta and Marwan Al-Shehhi began training at his flight school--and discovered to be carrying 43 pounds of heroin aboard. Officials later described the haul as the largest seizure of heroin in Central Florida history.
Suspicion focused on a transaction the previous year in which the William’s family sold a charter air carrier, Discover Air, to Sunrise Airlines, an aviation holding company controlled by Wally Hilliard.
"At least three million got siphoned out of ATA and into Discover Air," an attorney for the students told us. "The money flowed out of the country to the Bahamas."
Conveniently, Wally Hilliard owns an aviation facility in Nassau called Executive Air, run by Alfonso Bowe, a South African native, where the busy Mr. Hilliard also owns a winery .
“ Corporate fraud was commonplace at Wally Hilliard’s various aviation enterprises , we learned from a former Director of Operations at Hilliard's Sunrise Airlines.
"I was the Director of Operations, which meant my job was to decide which flights to cancel every day... Rudi and Wally were running a whole bunch of companies as if they were just one entity. The Dekkers’ Aviation account, for example, was used to fund Sunrise debt," Bill Bersch told us.
“ They had Florida Air, Dekkers Aviation Group, Florida Air Holdings, LLC, and even Florida Air Holdings, Inc., but since they intermingled funds all the time, I just thought of them as one company. They all had the same personnel and the same management, and they were all the same company,” he said.”
The November 4, 2000 Las Vegas Review-Journal reported it this way:
“ The only airline serving Ely is suspending its operations, Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev ., said Friday. Sunrise Airlines notified the U.S. Transportation Department it was stopping service because British Airways was ending its aircraft leases, Reid's office said he was told by the department.”
It was a lie --but a convenient lie, which apparently kept the Dept of Transportation from asking for their three million dollars back-- because when Wally Hilliard’s Sunrise Airlines went belly up, the six Jetstreams were merely “transferred” to two other of Hilliard’s false-front airline operations: Florida Air...and Discover Air.
When Discover Air went bankrupt after ballyhooing new commuter air service between Orlando and Daytona Beach, reporters learned that not one person had bought a ticket on the flights.
That’s pretty brutal...if your aim is to be an airline.
If scheduled passenger service is the true aim of your enterprise, having not one person buy a ticket on your flights is a real embarrassment.
But flying passengers may not have been the purpose behind Discover Air or Florida Air or Sunrise Airlines. Some aviation observers see something more than just monumental incompetence in an operation simultaneously running drugs, 'busting out' companies at will, and training terrorists to fly.
Some suspect Wally Hilliard’s on-again off-again airlines were just cover .
Now the recent events in Orlando—a central Florida crossroads which Mohamed Atta frequented often enough to have opened a second bank account there—may help change all that.
The man who owned the ‘terror’ flight school in Venice Florida is involved with false front airlines, dummy front companies, shadowy charter operations of dubious intent and a politically-well-connected network plugged in to everyone from First Brother Jeb Bush to Clinton "fund-raiser" Truman Arnold.
This is indisputably a ‘global network;’ it is both covert and unacknowledged, and it was the American interface with the terrorists while they were here.

When news broke last week that European authorities suspect Yeslam bin laden has been lying about his supposed lack of contact and involvement with his famous terrorist brother…
We immediately thought of Wally Hilliard, who’d been doing business with Yeslam bin Laden as well. Yeslam has admitted funneling an unknown number of Arab pilots to Huffman Aviation in Venice, supposedly for pilot training.
But its Hilliard’s involvement with ADNAN KHASHOGGI, THE SAUDI BILLIONAIRE and international fugitive, which is most intriguing. We learned of it from a business rival of the two men, both vying for rights to build a casino on a remote island in the Bahamas.
Creditors claim they are owed more than $100 million by Triad America and its subsidiaries… in Salt Lake City. Leonard Gumport, the court-appointed examiner, also is recommending that Triad America seek repayment of the $189.2 million loaned to companies controlled by the Khashoggis ,” reported the Salt Lake Tribune.
From the company’s literature: “TRIAD Governmental Systems, Inc., is a nationally recognized corporation that is committed to providing quality, computer based systems for governmental voting units. Incorporated in 1982, TRIAD GSI was founded to provided quality support and services for Rapp Systems' Election products, with election experience that spans a quarter of a century.”
News reports stated Election.com was owned by an offshore Saudi front company in Bermuda consisting of five unnamed Saudi billionaires , until scrutiny forced a sale to Accenture, the remnants of the disgraced and disbanded Arthur Anderson, the accounting firm which made Enron possible.
From a recent Federal lawsuit involving Khashoggi: “Ultimate Holdings Ltd., a Bermuda investment company owned by Adnan Khashoggi, the company's largest shareholder.”
Election.com was also involved in the U.S.’s big democracy push into Eastern Europe…in Estonia, just a stolen vote’s throw away from the Ukraine.
For one thing, in the Ukraine soldiers don’t have to rely, like our overseas military has had to, on election companies like election.com, an offshore shell company owned by a group of anonymous Saudi billionaires suspected of including arms merchant and international fugitive Adnan Khashoggi.

Al Qaeda's lead 9/11 hijacker, Mohamed Atta, was allegedly partying with CIA-connected pilots while he got his flight training in fall/winter 2000 at Huffman Aviation in Venice, Fla., where two of the other 9/11 hijacker pilots trained. Atta wasn't acting much like a holy martyr: He wore jeans and sneakers, played video games, bought himself a red Pontiac and was said to be a hedonist. The Press posed the question to Ben-Veniste: If Atta belonged to the fundamentalist Muslim group, why was he snorting cocaine and frequenting strip bars?”
The source of this information about Atta and cocaine is Amanda Keller, Atta's American ex-girlfriend, according to Daniel Hopsicker, an investigative journalist who has spent two years researching Huffman and its ties to the CIA. It took Hopsicker a year, but he tracked Keller down. Like many other witnesses who knew Atta, Keller says she has been harassed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Keller has not been called as a witness by the 9/11 Commission.
“ A Learjet belonging to the true owner of the Venice flight school that trained both terrorist pilots who flew into the World Trade Center was seized with more than 30 pounds of heroin onboard by Federal Agents in July of 2000 at the Orlando Executive Airport. Authorities at the time called it the biggest seizure of heroin ever found in central Florida. The seized plane belonged to 70-year old Wallace J. 'They were flying for the Saudis ,' said an aviation executive familiar with the operation. “They were ferrying Saudi princes all over the U.S.”
The unauthorized flights took place on three separate Lear jets owned by Wally Hilliard of Naples, FL., the self-same Œretired' 71-year old Midwestern insurance executive who bankrolled the flight school attended by both Mohamed Atta and Marwan Al-Shehhi.
Also named in the complaint is “Magic Dutch Boy” Rudi Dekkers, whose criminal activities, according to court documents filed in his native Holland, once put him at the center of “a web of intrigue,” from which he has not since emerged.
The federal complaint reveals that the flights took place during April and May of 1999, raising questions of whether the two men had still-undisclosed ties with Saudi nationals before terrorists began arriving at their two hastily-purchased flight schools.
'Rum Cay was the largest privateering island back in the 1700's,' he told us. 'Some say the pirates never left.'
The two competing groups involved in the current struggle are contending over a large chunk of the island's real estate. The faction using Hilliard's Lear jet, Davis told us, 'have been after a tract of land that I have title to since the early 80's. Prior to that deeds going back to 1700's. To date I have spent over $300k for legal fees in a number of courts in Florida, Georgia, Arizona and The Bahamas. Five different law firms are working for me.”
All of the battles, apparently, haven't been in court…
“ My plane had a fuel line sliced, after which the cockpit filled with gas,' said Davis. 'Thankfully we got down without further problem and had the hose fixed in Nassau. Then last week another aircraft was burned (arson) on the ground in Rum Cay.'
What was going on Rum Cay? Well, for one thing, they've just built a new runway which now allows private jets like Hilliard's Lear to land. And local newspapers seemed to run a number of items like this one: “COPS SEIZE $50 MILLION IN DRUGS.”
“ Bahamian and U.S. drug-enforcement officials confiscated $50 million in cocaine that was being smuggled aboard an unlicensed catamaran in Bahamian waters, officials said. Acting on police intelligence, authorities seized the 2,190 pounds of the drug aboard an unnamed 44-foot catamaran less than two miles off Rum Cay.”

The plane's registered owner, “Royal Sons LLC,” a Florida air charter company, was at one time housed in a hanger at the Venice Fl. Airport owned by infamous flight school Huffman Aviation .''
Hopsicker reports that flight school owner Wally Hilliard has a series of strange connections to rich and powerful players. Hilliard’s history as a businessman links him to Silverado Resorts’ Myron DuBain (who hosted the Bushes, Rumsfeld and Ollie North) and John McCone, director of the CIA under JFK and Johnson. Hilliard bought a plane from Truman Arnold (the Clinton fund-raiser who sold visits to the Lincoln bedroom) for only one dollar. Hilliard also got stiffed on a major loan to Jerry Falwell . Hopsicker points out: Hilliard’s plane was busted with 43 pounds of heroin in Orlando the same month Atta and Marwan Al-Shehhi arrived at his school in Venice, Florida. According to Hopsicker’s sources in Virginia and Florida, Hilliard had a “green light” from the DEA.
An indication of the extent to which Dekkers, Hilliard and company were protected in their criminal operations : “ ‘When Rudi was reported to the FAA for violations, an FAA guy came out and sat us down and said: ‘I suggest you back out of this. ’ I couldn’t believe it. I called the FAA to report a violation and was warned to leave him alone.’ Villada dropped a bombshell. ‘After Wally’s plane was impounded with the heroin and his pilots had machine guns stuck in their faces, the DEA came to visit our maintenance facility and Wally shouted out to me—right in front of the DEA guy—‘Make sure all the heroin and cocaine gets hidden!’”
Among the beneficiaries of Wally Hilliard’s operations in Lynchburg was the Reverend Jerry Falwell. Falwell later established a missionary organization that flew around the world. One wonders if that operation might have had some other purposes. “ . . . Our suspicions grew when we discovered one reason Britannia was able to move so smoothly from Venice to Lynchburg, Huffman Aviation’s shadowy financier, Wally Hilliard, loaned Jerry Falwell a million bucks which the televangelist has shown no indication of repaying . Only a cynic would suggest Falwell may have spread some of the money around town. But then, a million bucks does buy a lot of ‘looking the other way.’” (Ibid.; p. 322.)
HOPSICKER: Barry and the Boys gave me the knowledge of how aviation crime is committed. And how state-sponsored aviation crime is committed. Barry Seal was the biggest drug smuggler in American history . His operation at Mena [Arkansas] was used to smear Bill Clinton, President Clinton, during his entire term in office, until push came to shove, and they went forward with nothing but Monica Lewinsky. Barry Seal, I discovered, was a lifelong CIA agent who flew at the Bay of Pigs. VO: Amanda has even more shocking news about Terrorist ringleader, Islamic fundamentalist, and recreational drug user, Mohamed Atta. When they were in Key West, Mohamed and his German buddies went to a meeting. And when they came back, they were all glum.
KELLER: Peter, Stephan, and Mohamed, all went to Hard Rock Café. And they were meeting with people down there. I don’t know who, but somebody had flown in…. ? To come speak to them. When they had got back, they were waiting for us on the dock, waiting for the boat to come back. And everybody was kind of somber-looking. You know, they were kind of quiet.
VO: It’s obvious what the meeting was about. Discussion about the upcoming death of at least one of the participants would tend to put a damper on things….What isn’t obvious, is what kind of Islamic Fundamentalist goes to meetings in Key West with guys named Stephan and Jurigen?
The attorney in question is Michael Roy Fugler, until last May, a member of the Board of GenesisIntermedia (and a shareholder and the person who arranged the July 1999 IPO of GenesisIntermedia). The two stockholders who benefitted from the Alex. Brown scheme controlling 75% of its shares: Adnan Khashoggi and Ramy El-Batrawi as noted above. Tampa was such a special place to these persona, that Adnan’s beloved daughter, Nabilia , had even created two corporations there in January, 2001. Meanwhile, Mohamed Atta’s American girlfriend said Mohamed rented his cars in Tampa through spring of 2001. He also told her that he and his friends (who were not, by the way, Middle Easterners, rather German, Dutch and French nationals) received all the money they wanted to start businesses from a wealthy Saudi businessman in Florida . One day they would take over this country, he proffered.
July, 1999, Michael Roy Fuglae, a Barry Seal crony, facilitated the public issuance of Khashoggi and El-Batrawi’s GenesisIntermedia. Wally Hilliard sallied forth with a quick purchase of Huffman Aviation, installing Dutchman Rudi Dekkers as a front. The Hamburg cell began its plans to attack U.S. buildings. The Hamburg cell had Tampa connections and Khashoggi and El-Batrawi hubbing from Tampa, had Hamburg operations over the years (their Jetborne, Inc. operated in Miami, Toronto, The Netherlands, Tel Aviv and Hamburg). October 1999, El-Batrawi made his first large block of GENI shares available for lending by Alex. Brown. Wally Hilliard created Air Florida Express LLC with Pakistani Pervez Khan who held a certificate via wife Saulat to fly to Cuba, about the Caribbean, and to Central and South America. Wally was in process of receiving a LearJet from the Whittingtons via Gulfstream Aviation Enterprises to WorldJet, the same family that provided Barry Seal with his LearJet. The Hamburg cell’s plan became "operational."
February, 2000, Khashoggi made his first large block of GENI shares available for lending by Alex. Brown. Wally Hilliard and Rudi Dekkers were busy rolling out Florida Air (FLAIR) and sister company Discover Air (Scott Williams under Wally’s Sunrise Airlines then Florida Air) with a plan to fly shuttles connecting most of Florida’s cities. Atta, Al-Shehhi and Jarrah report their passports stolen; contact American flight schools; and identify targets for the September 11 attack, or otherwise received word of what the targets would be (Capitol, Pentagon, and WTC per Ramzi Binalshibh). July 2000, Wally Hilliard’s LearJet is halted by machine-gun-toting DEA agents in Disneyworld’s dominion of Orlando, FL, at the Orlando Executive Airport. Some 45 pounds of heroin are found . Wally loses his LearJet by December 2000 through government forfeiture proceedings . (Pervez Khan hard-landed a second LearJet on Valentine’s Day, 2001, leaving Wally with only a few). So there we have it, reasons to continue to question whether the Independent Commission will be able to function on behalf of those it is charged with serving, or will continue to protect the Saudis and organized crime interests (which we can comfortably assert are organized crime interests given the RICO filings noted above).
From Mark Potter and Rich Phillips CNN Miami Bureau MIAMI, Florida (CNN) -- Six months to the day after Mohamed Atta and Marwan Al-Shehhi flew planes into the World Trade Center, the Immigration and Naturalization Service notified a Venice, Florida, flight school that the two men had been approved for student visas . Rudi Dekkers of Huffman Aviation, where Atta, 33, and Al-Shehhi, 23, first trained in July 2000, showed the yellow INS forms to CNN during an interview Monday. Dekkers said he was surprised to get the forms at such a late date.
The M-1 student visa request forms for Atta and al-Shehhi were filed by Huffman Aviation on August 29, 2000. The forms asked that the men, who had entered the United States on tourist visas, be allowed to change their visa status so they could take a $27,300 professional pilot program that would last from September 1, 2000, until September 1 the next year. The student visa requests were actually granted months later -- on July 17, 2001, for Atta, and August 9, 2001, for al-Shehhi -- but postmarks indicate the letters of notification were only sent out to Huffman Aviation last week. They were received Monday, the six-month milestone of last year's terror attacks.
Hilliard made a one million dollar loan to Falwell, which he seemingly doesn't have to pay back. It's important to note that Falwell is a very close friend of cult leader Sun Myung Moon, who thinks he's here to finish the work of Jesus. He's bad and is part of an worldwide crime syndicate, run by intelligence . Arnaud de Borchgrave and Alexander Haig are other close friends of his. Let's keep it at that.
Mark Shubin, one of Hilliard's closest business partners, was the son of a KGB colonel who was caught spying for the US . According to Shubin himself, his family was traded out together with Gary Powers in 1960, the U2 pilot who was shot down above the USSR. Shubin then went to work for the CIA, flying U2 spy planes. At some point he also flew for the Israeli Air Force and there are claims that he works for the Russian mafia and has flown around president Putin of Russia at some point. In addition, one of Wally's accountants for Huffman Aviation became married to the daughter of an influential KGB family.
And last but not least, associates of Hilliard have told Hopsicker how this person illegally flew in and out of Cuba to hand out bags of gold presidential Rolex watches to bribe people within Castro's inner circle.
The Bushes with their 3 generations of ties to the international elite, have also been implicated in the 9/11 event. The local police chief in Venice told Hopsicker how within 24 hours all his files on Rudi Dekkers were loaded in 2 Ryder trucks and brought onto a C-130 cargo plane. A really interesting detail: Jeb Bush himself was on board, according to the police chief . And, of course, Marvin Bush's company, Securacom, arranged the security at the World Trade Center complex, United Airlines, and Dulles Airport. A further, but more indirect link is Neil Bush, who, like other members of the Bush family, was in questionable business with Kenneth Good. Good was a business partner of the earlier mentioned Shubrin. More research is needed, but it's obvious the Bushes have a thing or two to hide.
Why? Because in the end it will turn out that Wally Hilliard and his business associates are part of what some have called the Fascist international . EIR refers to it as the Synarchy International. How this group precisely operates, nobody seems to know at this point. In the past decades, many researchers have talked about the smuggle of heroin, gold, diamonds, weapons, and the obsession of the oligarchical families of the west to remain control over the raw materials in the world. This permanent network consists of the international banking systems, the largest multinationals and law firms, the military-industrial complex, the royal and noble families of Europe, the eastern establishment, and the international intelligence agencies.
Even though most members of the group are still unknown, it has already been established that these people have been accused/involved in every major conspiracy since WWII : Paperclip, the birth of the "permanent war economy" or the military-industrial complex, the birth of psychological warfare, the JFK assassination, Mockingbird, Operation Mongoose, Operation Northwoods, Operation Ajax and other coups, Iran Contra, Iraq Gate, Operation Lock, the Stay Behind networks (Gladio), the BCCI scandal, and almost certainly the 2001 Anthrax scare. And members like Prince Turki Al-Faisal or Henry Kissinger undoubtedly can tell a whole lot about what actually happened on 9/11.
Remember, the network these hijackers came from did extend far beyond the borders of the United States. As mentioned before, Atta's closest associates were Dutch, German, Austrian, French, Saudi, etc. Arne Kruithof and Rudi Dekkers also had associates in Germany and Switzerland.
The man who owned the Florida flight school which so many suspected terrorists called home remains seemingly immune to official questioning.
It was widely reported that Atta and several other hijackers made a still-unexplained visit onboard one of Abramoff’s casino boats less than a week before the 9.11 attack,” we reported on June 21 2005.
