Farmers Insurance Declares War on Mormons, Part 2

 1. 1. Farmers Insurance Declares War on Mormons! (Part 2)
 2. 2. Part 2 : of Imagine Being Good at Something ….
 3. 3. You Are Friends with the CEO
 4. 4. Farmers Insurance War Plan …

Isolate the enemy.

Discredit him with his natural allies.

Starve him into submission.

Infiltrate his stronghold.

Attack his supporters.

Encourage and reward treason.

Make it impossible for your enemy to fight another day.

 5. 5. Even Better …

Pretend you are a trusted friend until the trap is set and ready to spring.

Deny anything that looks suspicious.

An unexpected stab in the back in the middle of the night.

Muffle the cries of the dying so that the alarm can’t be raised.

 6. 16. Farmers forces a Surrender …

Drockton was isolated.

Witnesses were bribed and/or intimidated through a deposition process that excluded the perpetrators.

Braddock remained in power without any company challenge, free to harass and intimidate at will.

 7. 17. Drockton Resigned

No-one was willing to go to court against the company after the so called “depositions” which were more like police-state interrogations. Scared, intimidated and/or bribed, Drockton was left to stand alone. Everyone else wanted out.

 8. 18. He settled …

Farmers cut a check.

Drockton wanted to move on.

He was beaten and surrendered.

 9. 19. But Farmers Insurance Wasn’t Done .

They needed to make Drockton the bad guy otherwise they could lose millions in Mormon states like Utah, Idaho and their home state of California.

They needed to criminalize Drockton and destroy him financially.

They needed to discredit his unimpeachable Mormon credentials.

 10. 20. So they infiltrated his Wife’s company ….

They gave his wife’s partner a very large amount of money.

She proceeded to trash the Drockton’s name, business reputation and financial standing.

She created mountains of unknown liabilities and tried to hide them until it was too late.

 11. 25. In the End …

Jill beard took almost an estimated $100,000 from Farmers insurance and provided no known services in return, except for ruining the Drocktons.

But, she kept on getting paid. Even after Drockton was obtaining a restraining order and preliminary injunction to shut her down.

 12. 26. She even got Farmers to Guarantee a personal loan !

Drockton went through three lawyers and incredible expense to stop the bleeding.

One lawyer offered him a position managing a “Union Pension Plan” if he would back-off.

His lawyer also stated: “When you get in the cage of a 300 pound gorilla, sometimes, you don’t make it out alive!”

 13. 27. Their were attempts on his life…

Curt Windhorst, one of the “bribed” complainants, was able to persuade Paul Drockton to take an excessive dose of Celebrex for his bursitis. It should have caused internal bleeding and death. Instead, Drockton got away with a “probable ulcer.”

Curt was a former Pharmaceutical Rep. For Pfizer and had a huge “stash” in his basement. He gave them to Drockton as a “favor”.

 14. 28. After the Complaint

Drockton was told he had to go to an out-of state meeting in Colorado directed by Brian Braddock.

The event was to include a “back-country” mountain/rock climbing event. A perfect place for a “lethal accident”.

Paul Hopkins threatened to fire Drockton if he did not attend. Fortunately, Curt’s Celebrex kicked in and he had to be admitted to an Emergency Room on the way to the meeting.

 15. 29. He was almost killed …

In January, 2002, a car ran a red light going at a very excessive speed. He hit Drockton’s Mercedes and sent it into a 360. The car smashed into a telephone poll.

Drockton should have been killed but he was spared by a driver’s door airbag. He sufferred a brain injury and extensive back and neck injuries.

 16. 30. The Accident was Timely …

Drockton was in the middle of completing his criminal complaints against his wife’s partner and Farmers Insurance.

His death would have ended the criminal complaint.

 17. 31. Farmers Had Declared Total War !

Curt Windhorst also began a defamation campaign in the neighborhood and Church Ward he shared with Drockton.

The Drockton family were harrassed and heavily persecuted.

They eventually sold their home to a private buyer for way less than market value and moved without notice.
