Mondo Ukrain Background Information & History About Employees Developers: 40 developers, average age 25 years, most senior 35 years old, most junior 23. We have 3 grades : junior developers, developers, senior developers. Team leads are only senior developers. Hosting team: 6 people, average age 25, MS Certified QA engineers / testers : 7 QA, mostly female, average age 24. 2 grades – Senior QA and QA. IT / programming graduates. Project Managers : 5 Project Managers with background and past experience as Developer or Senior QA engineer. Dedicated PM experience ~ 3 years All employees have university education mostly in Computer Science or applied math, 5 years, some have finished post-graduate school.
History
1999 Company founded as VIACOM LTD by Anton Kravtsov. Started as offshore development for US companies with focus on Microsoft technologies
2001 Focus shifted to .Net Web development
2005 The number of employees has grown to 40
2006 The number of employees has reached 50 man The name of the company has changed to Agile Mind Software
