  1. 1. 6. Project Human Resource Management - This processes group includes processes to organize, manage and lead a project team. It also assigns roles and responsibilities for completing project. The Project Human Resource Management processes include the following: 5 Process Groups Processes Initiation Planning 6.1 Develop Human Resource Plan Monitoring & Control Execution Closing 6.2 Acquire Project Team 6.3 Develop Project Team 6.4 Manage Project Team 6.1 Develop Human Resource Plan - It is a process of identifying and documenting project roles, responsibilities and required skills. - It prepares organizational chart as well as It prepares staffing management plan (i.e. when to hire and when to discharge) - It identifies training needs, team building strategies, compliance consideration, safety issues and impact of the plan to the organization. - It has to find resources from inside or outside the organization performing projects - By doing this, the project cost, schedule, risks, quality and other areas are greatly affected. The Project Sponsor works with the Project Management Team. Such team is responsible for influencing project teams & professional and ethical behaviors. 6.3 Develop Project Team - This process is for improving the competencies and interaction of team members to enhance project performance.
