What is a “smart bus”?? <ul><li>It is a visionary idea for enhancing city, intercity and tourist buses </li></ul><ul><li>Nota only a transport medium, but “what the passenger wishes”: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>A way to keep working </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>An information medium </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>A way to continue to monitor patients </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>An on-board entertainment place </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>A mobile monitoring/surveillance system for the outside environment ( pollution, traffic, etc … ) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>A mobile router for neighbouring outside users </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>And so on … </li></ul></ul>CNR-ISTI Pisa (IT) ‏
