    • -Born in Ireland in 1847
    • -He was invalid until the age of 7
    • -Studied in the Trinity College in Dublin
    • -Graduated with honours in mathematics
    • -Some of his novels were The Snake Pass, The Jewel of Seven Stars and , of course , Dracula.
    • - He died in 1912.
    • - Bram Stoker Award : By the Horror Writers Association for major achievements in the genre.
