  • 3. Everybody and their mother is asking you to innovate these days. Everybody is asking you to “think outside the box.”It makes a lot of sense. But when will you find the time?
  • 4. Everywhere we go these days – no matter what industry – we hear the same complaints: “Whohas the time to innovate?”“We’re running just to stayin place!” Sure, it’s a good idea, but when? I’m already overcommitted.”
  • 5. Clearly, everyone needs to find more time to innovate. Everyone needs to simplify their work life, so there are more opportunities to create, collaborate, andturn top of the line ideasinto bottom line results.
  • 6. Time Do you have it? Or does it have you?
  • 7. YES, the act of findingsome time to make some time will take some time (ah, the paradox), but it’s time well spent. A fewminutes now will save youweeks of frustration down the road.
  • 8. THE ALTERNATIVE? “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”
