Example of beginning paragraph for the story “an unlucky day” I rolled over and switched off my alarm clock, saying to myself that I would just snooze for another 5 minutes and then wake up. How to end things off? Your story should not come to an end too Abruptly. Imagine if a story ended with “My teacher shouted and threw my book out of a window.” The story did not tell you if the matter was settled or how the person felt.
