To ensure the creative message was relevant a series of customer interviews were completed. ‘Avoiding risk’ became the Key Customer Insight. A direct mail invitation was sent to select accountants to attend this live debate. Online registrations made RSVP easy and a eDM acted as a last minute reminder.
