I hope you are reading this for someone else. I hope you have not had this unpleasant jolt. Unfortunately, too many folks have experienced coming home to find that the locks have been changed, there is no-trespassing sign on their door and some or most of their belongings are still inside.

How could this happen? Is this legal?
