Jam what?!On 1 March 2013, people interested in service and using adesign-based approaches to problem solving and creativitymet all over the globe in a spirit of experimentation, co-operation and friendly competition.Teams had 48 hours to develop brand new services inspiredby a shared theme. On Sunday at 3pm, they published themto the world.Crazy collaboration, creative people, learning and fun werethe promises and each of these were definitely met! DIARYTampere ServiceJAM
