I am a teacher by choice. I teach self-improvement seminars on a monthly basis and teach fitness classes based on circuit training and mixed martial arts in my spare time. I specialize in first-time home buyers, foreclosures, and investment properties (residential/commercial). I myself am an investor and work with many different levels of investors from buying/flipping residential to buying/holding commercial properties with conventional and owner financing terms.
