    • Redesign the IT P/T acquisition workflow process to:
      • Decrease Agency resource time & effort required for IT P/T acquisitions
      • Decrease contract costs through improved/standardized negotiations
      • Increase success of projects by developing staff skills at the enterprise level for RFP development and evaluation processes
      • Improve opportunities for long-term reuse/sharing of IT P/T services
    • Identify OET services and infrastructure required for serving the Agencies with the redesigned workflow processes

      • All standard computers are enterprise-class, managed PCs, designed for enterprise customers and offering consistency of components to provide model stability and availability over extended periods of time.
      • All pricing includes shipment to the requested destination.
      • All manufacturers and other product providers assure that the products offered meet or exceed the minimum requirements provided by the specifications.
      • All computers are managed computers with a minimum procurement life cycle of 10 months.
      • Options may only be added at the time of purchase and the price will reflect this requirement. If an option is purchased separately, a different price may be charged.
