    Agree totally with your perspective about customers ’finally becoming kings’. We have to really ’get inside their heads’ and appreciate their needs and desires before developing any sort of marketing plans. All too often, companies stodgily (new word?) and conceitedly ’do as they’ve always done’ without appreciating these key points, and then they who suffer the consequences! Like your philosophy!

    Thanks! Chris has some very interesting views about free economy. But I think free web is not the whole deal. Customers are finally becoming kings and companies have to understand how to serve them better. That’s why the understaning of GIVING is so vital. That’s what my sldes are about.
