Instructions on how to locate and access electronic materials through the MSCC Library.

1. How to access e-books through MSCC card catalog Electronic books

2. Step One From any computer on the MSCC campus go to the college website www.midsouthcc.org In the lower left corner of the home page you will see the link to the library catalog. Click it and it will take you to the home page of the library card catalog.

3. This is the home page of MSCC Library’s card catalog.

4. In this box type “electronic book.” This will pull up all ebooks we have in our system.

5. Step two Now press search and select any of the books listed.

7. Step three Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the electronic location and access link

8. Click on the blue text and it will take you to a new page.

10. Final Step Some books can be viewed in different languages. You can email yourself the bibliographic information. This allows you to open the book to viewing. This allows you to view other books with similar topics.

11. Viewing Electronic Books This allows you to print only selected pages. The entire book cannot be printed. This panel gives a quick reference to Book chapters, word search, a dictionary, And bibliographic information.
