  • Visit http://www.microsoftcloudpartner.com and select your country location. If you’re a Microsoft partner, sign in with your Windows Live ID. If you’re not, enroll in the Microsoft Partner Network.
  • Select which path best suits your business—sell and service or build and develop
  • Step #4: Click "Sign Up on MPR" link (new window opens of MPR site)
  • After completing the assessment, sign out of the cloud portal, and sign back in
  • Step #5: select location, and press Sign In
  • Step #6: Fill in required fields for MPR Personal/Company Info. (For this test, enter "Microsoft" somewhere in the company name). Click "Save & Submit“Step #7: Fill in required fields for MPR Applicant Info.  Click "Save & Submit"
  • Step #8: Refresh page - possibly log out and log back in, if necessary to show new MPR association
