Achievements • Wrote a full five years projected forecast business plan for the restaurant with full financial charts • Designed a new restaurant Kim lam find dining the first concept of its kind in Vietnam • Project management from build implemented all administration for pre opening • Prepared utility usage analyses and implemented Training program for cost saving measures of up to 15% • set up a fully trained Vietnamese management including all key staff to take over and build a franchise business • Designed website and a marketing plan for the whole year 2014 • Designed and engendered menus and pricing • Consulted ,Assessed and operated a five star hotel with 411 rooms 198 apartments plus a 15 storey office block with over 3000 employees • Designed 11 projects to bring back to a five star hotel as it was run down for 17 years and made it cost effective saving millions of dollars • Designed the swimming pool aria, a new VIP lounge, a roof top lounge bar, all the rooms and apartments, a western restaurant, a cigar lounge, out side balcony bar and gardens all increasing revenue by 35% • Set up 7 new divisions for a company to increase a larger client base streamlining the business, maximizing profits and increasing sales by 20% year by year • On design and projects estimated bill was 0ver 3 million dollar my bill was 1.5 million saving 50%

MANY PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN UNDER THE UMBRELLA OF HOSPITALITY SERVICES IN ASIA Latest project consultant and designer currently at the Hanoi Daewoo Hotel offers a resort atmosphere in the heart of Hanoi, with its lush gardens, 80 meter swimming pool, golf range, Fitness Centre, spa a variety of bars, restaurants and lounges. With 411 guest rooms 193 Apartments, and 15 stories of office space but old and run down, Hospitality Services in Asia were contracted to sort out the operations, put in the right management team, plus redesign for refurbishment and increase revenue.
