    • Did the web-seminar meet your expectations? The web-seminar met or exceeded the expectations of most participants
    • Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback “ I felt like in university. Really great lecture. My experience in marketing is 3 years and I have to learn a lot, so WEB-seminar is the way how to improve my professional skills. Best thing from this seminar what I will try to use in Latvia is this telephone thing. When You write your number and information fills automatically. Thank You very much!” Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
    • Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback “ The seminar is good , but too general for me. I would love to hear something more detailed”
    • Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback “ Spot-On!! The web-seminar was exactly what i needed as I am only starting to work in the area of eMarketing.” Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
    • Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback “ I enjoyed the seminar and got some useful insights. It was my first webseminar and my first introduction to email marketing, so I did not know exactly what to expect. From using my common sense, I had a lot of assumptions and it was nice to get them confirmed. One point of critique is that I wish there had been more focus on how to create, design and write the email. In total, it was a good seminar. “ - Peter Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
    • Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback “ The web-seminar was a totally new experience of seminars to me, but as it was very interesting I plan to join further web-seminars. Only thing I would make better is the timing of the content: the second half was presented, due to lack of time left, a bit too quick for me. Also I would appreciate a bit more time to work together and change experiences. Maybe I just have this feeling as it is the first web-seminar for me and it will be better next time... All in all: congratulation for this kind of presentation, very pleasant voice of Michael Leander, congenial kind of presentation!” Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
    • Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback “ The web-seminar format is an extremely efficient, economic and time saving method. I am definitely going to attend many more web-seminars in the near future and will recommend them to my team". Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
    • Four things: 1. The speaker voice was attractive but he speaker spoke to fast. This is a disadvantage for non English native speakers. 2. Skipping ‘slides’ should be avoided as much as possible. The RED line is easily getting lost. 3. Avoid too many American examples. In the past the US has not been THE example how to do business. 4. We think your market should be focused on China and Asia, not the western world. Therefore your price policy, see point 8 is too high. You better go for lower pricing and more customers/clients (did you ever think of a Chinese version, we could give you a hand :)) Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback
    • Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback “ Very interesting background information. Will definitely advise my client's to take part in one of these presentations. ". Due to time constraints we have not yet asked this person if we may publish his or her name
    • “ Interesting set-up for webinar training. The opening was good with lots of interactions. But it was a big too long and I started to lose concentration later on. Also more examples from real life (case study) might make the webinar more interesting.” Testimonials, recommendations and constructive feedback
      • Great feedback, thank you. We will use it to improve the next web-seminars
      • We are working hard to identify more speakers, more interesting topics and look forward to seeing you at one of our events.
      • More web-seminars and marketing events here:

      Moving forward
      • Conversion from signup to attendance is a real issue with web-seminars as it is with regular seminars.
      • We need to send out more reminders, AND (believe it or not) push people to cancel if they can’t make it.
      • To match speaker and topic is evidently very important and in turn to match speaker/topic with attendees to achieve highest attainable recommendation and satisfaction rate
