2. We were asked to find an experienced Account Director to take over the running of the largest and most successful account (a top tier global investment bank) for this independent search firm
3. We met with the client to discuss the skills, knowledge and abilities required. We challenged the clients assumptions, presenting alternative ideas for how to conceive the role.
4. Within 2 weeks we had mapped the market and identified 134 companies that could contain suitable candidates.
5. Out of those 134 companies we identified and approached 153 candidates with the appropriate background
6. We then spoke to, and met with the most relevant parties and presented the strongest 5 candidates to the client....
7. Who recruited 2 of them in to the business. Total time from brief through to conclusion: 8 weeks
