  14. 14. TARGET AUDIENCE <ul><li>Teenagers of all ethnicities because anyone can get tattoos. </li></ul><ul><li>Ages between 17-22 </li></ul><ul><li>We chose this target audience because they are young and venerable to peer pressure. We want to educate them and challenger stereotypes. </li></ul>
