New weapons such as nuclear weapons were unleashedThe war is said to have started with Germany invading Poland.After this there was a series of declarations by France andcountries in the common wealth declaring war against Germany.The British Empire was also against Germany. Germany had avision of developing a large empire in Europe and had alreadystarted executing this plan by making treaties andcampaigning.

They hadlost majority of the wars. They had lost the war in NorthAfrica. Moreover, Japan had lost a majority of its navalbattles. The capture of Berlin in Europe ended the war. Thiswas accompanied by the unconditional surrender by Germany.This took place in the month of May. The war in Asia continueduntil August when Japan eventually surrenderedThis occurrence totally changed the social and politicalstructure of the world.
