  • Good morning. Honored delegates. Ladies and gentlemen. I would like to present you in brief the e-City initiatives of Podgorica. Podgorica is the largest city and administrative center of Montenegro, with almost one third of Montenegrins living there. It is not necessary to emphasize significance of successful realization of this Project on e-Government process in Montenegro.

The e-City of Podgorica - Vision Introducing the highest ICT solutions in all business processes, and as a leading city, providing the best practice for other local government units among Montenegro and further Enhance the life quality of people by establishing new public service environment Thus, by 2009, Podgorica will become one of the top IT developed city in Montenegro.
