2. Identify the adductor muscles

3. Measure the length of the target area with tape

4. Cut the tape to length

5. Fold the tape in half and cut the edges to make it round

6. Both ends should be rounded

7. The section of tape should be equivalent to the length of
the target area

8. Tear a portion of one end of the length of tape

9. Remove backing paper on one end

10. Place tape over the fully stretched target muscle
area

11. Anchor the adhesive end over the insertion area of the
muscle by the knee

12. Then place the tape over the remaining stretched length
of the muscle, to the muscle origin near the pubis.

13. Rub the tape firmly over the target area
