    Notes on slide 1

    Are you:

    •considering implementing mentoring?
•Planning or reviewing your mentoring program for next year?
•Do you want practical information, tips, tools, resources and processes? Or
•Are you are just curious to tap into many years of practical experience and find out how to avoid the pitfalls in making mentoring happen?

Hello, I’m Ann Rolfe of Mentoring Works.

and I can now offer you my step-by-step “Designing Mentoring Programs” course online.
Whether or not you’ve attended one of my workshops on designing mentoring programs (they’ve been run for the last four years at the International Mentoring Association conference in the USA, at the Australian Institute of Management in Canberra and in-house for major clients) the really good news is, that now you can participate in the program from anywhere in the world without leaving your desk.

First, let me ask you. Have you ever had an “ah ha” moment? You know, one of those blinding flashes of the obvious, or perhaps a slower, dawning realisation that we call insight.

Well I think that mentoring is all about creating insight.
