  • What is MentorPRO?
    • Helps mentoring programs manage their P rograms, monitor their mentoring R elationships and evaluate O utcomes
    • Supports adherence to Quality Program Standards, allowing programs to easily monitor best practices
A comprehensive, user-friendly, online data tracking and analysis system that:
  • How was MentorPRO developed?
    • Designed and built specifically for mentoring programs
    • Developed in conjunction with researchers and practitioners
    • Field tested and modified based on user feedback
  • Why MentorPRO? Challenge: Mentoring programs lack the ability to fund and develop technological tools to streamline program processes due to limited resources. Solution: Develop and disseminate common system that may be tailored to individual program structure and processes.
  • Why MentorPRO? Challenge: Mentor and mentee application information is difficult to track due to amount of required information and application volume Solution: Streamline paperwork by creating system with individual records for each mentor and mentee, reflecting all stages of process from application to match. Allow programs ability to customize to own processes.
  • Why MentorPRO? Challenge: Keeping on top of each step of the mentor screening process is hard due to the number of steps involved. Solution: House all screening information in mentor’s personalized record, and create indicators that allow program administrators to easily see which steps are incomplete or flagged.
  • Why MentorPRO? Challenge: Keeping track of and reporting on match support and match monitoring can be a difficult and time-consuming process. Solution: House all monitoring and support information in a customized record for each match. Run reports on this data in a few clicks of the mouse.
  • Why MentorPRO? Challenge: Raw data is often difficult to analyze and evaluate, yet funders increasingly require detailed analysis of key elements. Solution: Develop system based on standardized, research-derived measures. Create on-demand, downloadable reports that can be easily manipulated to analyze desired elements.
  • Why MentorPRO? Challenge: Programmatic trends may be hard to identify based on amount of data to manage. Solution: Create reporting system that analyzes data and helps identify trends by time period, demographic information, program, and much more.
